Simply put, a life coach helps you identify what’s going on in your own brain. When you feel unable to get the results you want or feel frustrated with your life, coaching is the answer. A life coach can help you recognize where you’re stuck and show you exactly what needs to change when you can’t see it yourself. A life coach can provide effective strategies to help you make the wanted changes along with providing the accountability and encouragement to reach your goals.

In short, therapy is working on what has happened in the past and life coaching is working on what is currently happening and what you want to create in the future.

Primarily, we will work on changing perspective and implementing effective strategies for weight loss, exercise goals, and/or organization. Additionally, you can be coached on absolutely anything. With my certification as a Life & Weight Coach along with my fitness background, we can tackle anything that you want to improve upon in your life.

As a private 1:1 client, what we work on is personalized to your goals. It is done in a non-judgmental fashion with confidentiality.

When we work together, you will learn to:

No, BUT I do guarantee that I will provide you with everything you need to succeed. I promise to coach and teach you useful tools and hacks along with giving you accountability, and encouragement to help you reach your goal(s). The results are up to you. Show up, get coached, be open to learning, and you’ll get results you never even expected.

No. Once you commit and pay, your time is blocked on my calendar and it’s exclusively for you. If you choose to not attend sessions, that’s on you. I’ll be there ready to coach you and show you how to get the results you are looking for.

Yes, I understand that life happens, and you could be sick or other circumstances come up to require rescheduling. I do ask for a 24-hour notice through email or any other communication app we choose.

You will receive an invoice and can use a check, Zelle, major credit card or pay via PayPal.

You can email me between sessions at or through whatever other communication app we agree upon. I will respond to you typically within 24 hours.
